Check In & Check Out

Thank you for choosing The El Terado Terrace for your Catalina Vacation. Check in time is 2pm. If your room is ready you can check in early. Please make sure we are updated as to your exact arrival time and a Cell number to make sure someone is at the front desk when you arrive. Check out time is 10am. We can arrange for a late check out if the room is available. There is a third party baggage service that will pick up your bags and deliver them to the boat area at a nominal fee, this is a great way to enjoy your last day with no luggage hassles.



Non Smoking Hotel

Smoking in rooms will result in extra charges and/or eviction. Smoking is allowed on balconies and patio areas.



Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit of one night is due upon booking. Cancellations must be done 14 days prior to arrival. A $25.00 fee is applied to the cancellation. Balance is due at the time of check in. Canceling with less than 14 days notice, prior to your arrival your deposit will be forfeited. AAA & Pilot Discounts are applied at check in.

Room Location

We take reservations for a specific room, however we reserve the right to change rooms to similar size and type if necessary.

Transportation

Your hotel stay includes a free taxi ride from the boat terminal to assist you with your luggage. As you disembark the boat move towards the street and wait near the small parking lot. Please ask any taxi (white mini-van) at the parking lot area to take you to the El Terado Terrace and they will bring you up at no charge. After check out a 3rd party baggage company will pick up your bags, take them to the boat and store them for you for a small fee. This allows you to leisurely stroll through town on your way to the boat with no baggage hassles, everyone loves this service. And girls, its always easier to shop with free hands!
